The 2023-2024 OPH Boys Basketball team will be hosting a fun filled day for the children of Palestine, Hutsonville, and Oblong! The kids will get to meet and play basketball with their favorite OPH players, play fun games, do coloring pages, decorate some cookies, snacks for the kids, and Santa will even make an appearance at this event. Each child will receive a small basketball and a free ticket for the basket raffle that will take place between the JV and Varsity game later that day. It will be a fun time with the OPH boys basketball team!

Santa and Hoops will be on December 9th from 3 o’clock to 4:30 o’clock. This event will be held in the Hutsonville High School Gymnasium. The cost for each child will be $10 and a parent will need to stay with their child the entire event.  Students in grades pre- kindergarten to the 5th grade are invited to this event.

The students who are involved in this extracurricular activity will be invited to the basketball game later that night free of charge. The game later that night will be at 5:30, an hour after the Santa and Hoops event ends. The game will be in Hutsonville against the Notre Dame La Salette Academy.
