OPH girls basketball played a game Thursday in Rasmey. This is quite the trip for these girls. After speaking to coach Travis Blank he told me that he didn’t schedule a game 2 hours away just for these girls to lose, and they did not disappoint! Junior varsity lost by only 4 points, they played really well and the score stayed close the entire time. Varsity took the lead by 12 points in the last quarter and didn’t let Rasmey score one time, now that’s some good defense! Senior Shara Coffman fouled out, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to stop the offense. The final score of the varsity game was 48-34. Good job girls!
