OPH Golf

This week’s golf matches were at Oak Glen and Olney. At the golf match Tuesday at Oak Glen the teams included Marshall Lions, the ParisTigers, and the great and the OPH Wildcats. Wednesday the teams included the Olney Tigers, the Mt. Carmel Aces, the Lawrenceville Indians, and the OPH Wildcats. The whole team did a very good job this week.
The players played 9 holes each night. For the boys on Tuesday night Cody York shot a 48, Carson Musgrave shot a 49, and Riley Blank shot a 52. For the girls on Tuesday night Daylen Beckes shot a 60, Mackenzie McDaniel shot a 60, Emily Rachoy shot a 65, and Cydney Pethel shot a 69.
On Wednesday at Olney for the boys Cody York shot a 40 which is his current record that he almost beat. Carson Musgrave shot a 48, Riley Blank shot a 52. Good job, boys!! For the girls at Olney Daylen Beckes shot a 56 which is now her current best. Emily Rachoy shot a 67, Mackenzie McDaniel shot a 67, and Cydney Pethel shot a 76.
Considering how well the teams have done, it’s safe to say that Phil Blank is a good coach.
