Travis Kelce’s Tantrum!?

Travis Kelces Tantrum!?

This past Sunday was the Super Bowl, the 49ers against the Chiefs. This game was a great game that was a nail biter for sure. Both the teams were extremely good, especially their defense. Although it was a great game, there was a heated moment between Travis Kelce and Coach Reid.

On the sidelines after a fumble happened for the Chiefs, Travis Kelce went right up to his coach and got extremely heated. He ran up to him, got in his face, and even pushed him to where Reid was off balance. For an outsider to see a player to get that mad at the coach, it was very disrespectful and he should’ve been benched. Kelce lashed out out of anger and it was just because he wanted to remain in the game, rather than being taken out. Later after the game, Kelce was asked about his little moment, and he asked, “You guys say that?” and then continued to joke by saying “I was just telling him how much I loved him.”

Kelce did take his frustrations of not being put in out on the coach, which was a bad choice. Yet when coach Reid was asked about the situation he just said he laughed off the moment with his wife Tammy. “He keeps me young,” Reid joked “He tested that hip out. He caught me off balance – normally, I’d give him a little bit, but I didn’t have any feet under me.” Although it was a heated moment, Kelce did point in his post game conference that Coach Reid has helped him balance out his emotions when he plays. A simple coach and player moment that would normally happen under stress from such an intense game was laughed off by both of them.
