It’s prom season which means prom court has been announced.  Queen candidates are, Krescene Holscher, Halle Piper, and Stephanie Rudd.  King candidates are, Wesley Adams, Tyler Dennison, and Rider Lawhorn.  Prom is on the evening of May 7th at 7:00 pm.  Coronation and other details are still TBA.  A little bit more about PHS’s loyalty:

Krescene Holscher: Krescene has been involved in nearly everything under the sun here at PHS.  These include, Drama club, Pay-it-Forward, Student Senate, National Honor Society, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Yearbook, ACES, Math Team, History Club, and Team Quest.  She also has big plans after high school.  Krescene says, “I plan to go to Vincennes University for 2 years majoring in pre-vet before transferring to either Purdue or UIUC to get my Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine.”

Halle Piper: Halle has been involved in History Club, ACES, Math Team, Drama Club, National Honors Society, Student Senate and 4-H.  She plans to attend LTC in the fall for Process Technology.

Stephanie Rudd: Stephanie has been in basketball, softball, Drama Club, Art Club, and a freshman class officer.  Her plans after high school are to attend Olney Central College to get her Associate’s degree in Welding.

Wesley Adams: Wesley has played basketball during his years here at high school.  His plans are to attend LTC in the fall for Process Technology.

Tyler Dennison: Tyler used to play football but a knee injury cut his high school career short as early as his freshman year.  He isn’t involved in clubs here at PHS but enjoys playing video games and works in his free time.  His plans after high school are to attend LTC in the fall for Process Technology.

Rider Lawhorn: Rider has played a couple of sports during his time here at PHS.  He has played basketball and baseball all four years.  He’s also a class officer, Student Senate member, in History Club, National Honors Society, and ACES.  His plans after high school are to play college baseball and is considering a sports management/marketing degree.
