Do you like working in groups?

All throughout your life you will be working in groups. Working well in groups is a very good skill to develop. It will be something your future employer will be looking for in an employee.

Wesley Adams gave his opinion on working in groups-” If I work in a group, then I probably won’t get anything done.”

Isaiah Coates also said, – “I work better when I’m alone.”

I personally have always done fine in groups, but it has never been my preference. You always have that one person in the group who does the least work but gets the same amount of credit as the person who did the most work. Honestly, my mind can concentrate harder when I work by myself, but that doesn’t mean you should never work in groups.

Working in groups can have positives too. It can give you a chance to meet new people, create new friends, and even show your superiors that even if you don’t like working in groups that you have good work ethic.

I think you should be made to work in groups more as a kid to get you more use to it as an adult.
