Halle Piper is the freshman spotlight of the week. Halle is very good at track (shot put) and very “meh” at basketball, even though she’s 6 ft tall. Her favorite class is English-shout out to Mrs. Hyde. She thinks that the classes are a bit easier in high school than in grade school, even though she hasn’t seen what junior year has in store for her. She also does Drama Club and likes acting in the plays. Halle wants the upcoming freshman to know that high school isn’t as scary as it may seem, besides the occasional push down the stairs.
