Notice Some Changes Around the School? See What All Has Changed…

Over the summer the PHS building has undergone many architectural changes.  The main hall way is now all white, the new main office is in a different location, and the old office got turned into two rooms.  Changes were made to make the building a safer environment for the students and staff that attend PHS.

Some of the new changes that happened were a nurse’s office addition.  Mrs. Will’s old office got turned into a nurses office.  The main office is now what was formally Ms. Waldrop’s office.  The old main office got turned into two different rooms which are now Mrs. Will’s office, and Mr. Will’s office.  The main hallway was painted all white, and the outer top of the building was tuck pointed.

PHS’s new principal, Mr. Will, says: “Having Peg closer to the front entrance is a safety concern.  Having the nurse’s office is a must have now and the efficiency of it all was also why the changes were necessary.”  I asked Mr. Will if he was happy with the outcome and he said, “Yeah, very happy, it looks great, and it is running smoothly.”  Mr. Will also says, “We hope this building will be here for another 100 years.”
