Tuesday, January 14th, the Lady Pioneers had a basketball game against Dieterich. Shara Coffman scored 6 out of the 10 points that were made in the Junior Varsity game. Megan Burton made two points as well. They ran a close score for a bit in the first half of the game, but the JV game did not go as planned, and they lost 34-10.

In the Varsity game they ran close for the most part of the game. Shara had 10 points, Krescene Holscher had 6, and Megan Burton and Halle Piper both had one point. As a team, they shot 60% from the free throw line. The total score ended up being 63-45, in Dieterich’s favor. Despite the score, the girls did an amazing job. Make sure to go support them in Hutsonville, Saturday the 18th at 1 P.M.
