Last night on Halloween, October 31, the Pirates  haunted the Lady Tigers in the Regional Championship game.  The game was held at the high school in Casey/Westfield at 6 pm sharp. The first set was a back and forth battle between the two teams.  The first set came down to a 24 to 24 tie with the pirates serving. Number 2 for Cumberland served a sharp ball in the corner of the court to win the first set.  The second set was a downhill spiral.  The Tigers went up by 4 and after that it was all downhill. When Cumberland come up with the ball they went off and passed the Tigers and ended up winning the set and the game 25-18.  Despite losing the match, the girls should be very proud of their accomplishments.
