Last night at the football field was the 7th annual Powderpuff Football game. The game is always played on the Monday afternoon of Homecoming week and consists of two teams of girls from all four classes. One are the freshman and seniors and the other, sophomores and juniors.

Last year the seniors, class of ‘19, and freshmen, class of ‘22, took home the victory with a score of 30 to 24 against the class of ‘20 and ‘21.

This year it was the classes of ‘20 and ‘23 against the classes of ‘21 and ‘22.

The game started quick with “the quickest touchdown in powderpuff history,” said Mr. Will. The first touchdown, and many more to come were scored by freshman Alysa Kennedy.

The game ended with a score of 48-24 with a senior-freshman victory. Putting the seniors, again, in first place for Homecoming week.
