Lady Tigers vs. Cumberland Lady Pirates

Lindsay Ryan, Contributor

On Monday, April 29, the Lady Tigers played against the Cumberland Lady Pirates. The Lady Tigers played good defense, but were unable to hit the ball and put it into play. The Lady Pirates scored a run in the second inning, five in the fourth, and four more in the sixth inning. The Lady Tigers did not score throughout the game, making it a ten-run rule game. The Lady Tigers play again Wednesday, May 1 at Oblong against the Lady Panthers, Thursday, May 2 at home against Chrisman, and Friday, May 3 at home against the Martinsville Bluestreaks. We wish our Hut-Pal Lady Tigers good luck and hope to bring in some wins!
