The weekly Power Rankings are out. This week is more of the same. It seems most weeks have quite a bit of movement and this week looks like them too. Teams have an average of 27 games left in the season so there is most likely going to be more movement.
The best player of the week with the highest plus-minus is Jerami Grant with the Portland trailblazers having plus 54 in the last three games. The worst in VJ Edgecombe for the Philadelphia 76ers having minus 58 in his last two games.the team of the week would have to be Cleveland going 2-0 after acquiring James Harden. While the worst team is Philadelphia going 0-2, they didn’t have Joel Embiid so this isn’t how they normally perform. In the battle between the east and west the west is up 145-142 with the record last week being 3-3. The Highest jumps in the rankings were Cleveland, Indiana, Milwaukee, and Utah going up 2 spots. While Brooklyn, Phoenix, and Washington fall 2 spots. The team to watch is still the Knicks, they are playing very well.
With the Power Rankings concluded and with what was said the end of the season seems to be exciting. Once the playoffs are here, who knows what will happen. For more information look on NBA.com.
