Fernando Mendoza And the Indiana Hoosiers have one their first national championship in college football. Indiana has never  been a football school they have always been a basketball school the Indiana Hoosiers have turned their program around completely in the past 3 years Curt Cignetti is a big name coach in college football he has turned many programs around  Cignetti coached at James Madison and turned that program into a powerhouse then went to Indiana the first year of him coaching at Indiana he had a record of 11-2. Then he went on and had an undefeated record this year defeating the Miami Hurricanes for the  college football national championship. Cignetti is one of these coaches that always thinks he can do better and that his team can do better he reminds me a Nick Saben who was known for his team Alabama to be up by 50 at halftime and saying that their offense could be doing better in my opinion he is a spitting image of him. When Indiana won the Rose Bowl Cignetti did not even crack a smile. When talked to by reporters, Cignetti says the job is not finished and when Indiana won the national championship Cignetti finally smiled and told reporters that he is ready to have a drink.
