With Winter break over for students at Palestine high school everything is going back to normal. Winter sports are still on and spring sports are coming soon. New events for spring are coming up and we can’t wait to see what is to come. 

Sports that are close to closing out their seasons are Boys and Girls Basketball, Wrestling, and Cheer. Boys basketball has a record of 7-8 and half their season to go. Girls basketball has a record of 8-6 and have lots more games to come as well. Wrestling is also doing well and still has half of their season to go too. Cheer looks good as always cheering on boys basketball. The next boys basketball game is in Oblong against St. Elmo. The next girls basketball game is against Duggar at Duggar. All these sports are doing very well and hope to do better after the break. Wish them luck for a better rest of the season.

After these sports are done spring sports will be on their way. These sports include boys and girls Track and Field, girls Softball, boys Baseball, Bass Fishing, and Trap Shooting. We wish these sports luck and can’t wait to see how their seasons go.
