The boys played a great game against Judah Christian and beat them 72-23, and the girls played Chrisman and beat them  55-48. the boys are 1-0 and the girls are 3-0.

The boys play Tri County today. Tip off is at 8, and the girls play a tournament against Martinsville and Chrisman.

During the boys game last night, Riley Blank was the lead scorer with 22 points in the game and Andrew Amburgy  with 17 points. Both of these teams have an amazing bright future this year, and both boys and girls have started off strong by beating their opponents by double digits and proving a lot of people wrong. ESPECIALLY about the boys team loosing a lot of height with losing Graydon Kinkade and Treavan Webster, but they have made up for it with speed and agility.

The girls, however, have gained a little height with Ella Jenkins and Destiny Ramsey in the paint the can help with rebounds and Genna Kidwell shooting 3’s like no other.  Genna Kidwell is committed to Lakeland college. The coaches for  the girl basketball team are Devin Turner, Kurtis Plew, and Ryan Kidwell. Also, for the boys basketball team, the coaches are Josiah Wright and an assistant coach that can not be named at the moment.
