This year at PHS,  the school held a contest to see which class could decorate a door the best.  The freshman class decorated Ms. Cutright’s room like a campfire and the library like a beach.  The sophomore class decorated Mr. Smith’s with the Grinch being arrested and Mrs. Cohorst’s door with a snowman and reindeer.  The junior class decorated Mrs. Hyde’s entrance like candyland and Mrs. Inboden’s door with the class’s faces on a present.  Lastly, the seniors decorated Mrs. Rich’s like a gingerbread house and Mrs. Benton’s door like a Christmas tree.  Classes decorated doors from December 11th to December 14th. The classes are anxiously waiting for results to see who wins because the winning class will receive $100 for their class.

At the Christmas Party on Tuesday, they announced that the Freshman class had won the door decorating contest! Congratulations Freshman.
