OPH Falls to Robinson

OPH+Falls+to+Robinson

OPH lost a local rivalry match on Thursday, March 27, against Robinson. Robinson had big at bats that OPH just couldn’t come back from.

Robinson’s big at bats came in the form of a Grand Slam, a single, four runs batted in and two runs scored by Elijah Robb and a three run home run by Coke Weber. OPH just couldn’t get their bats to work the same way, resulting in only one scored run in the 14-1 loss.

For OPH Lucas Blessing led the offense with a double and a run batted in, while Riley Blank doubled and scored a run. Bentley Cook also singled twice.

Ace Coulter was the losing pitcher allowing eight runs in six hits while walking two and striking out four. Riley Blank went the rest of the way on the mound giving up six runs on five hits, walking two, and striking out four in relief.

OPH will play their next game at Olney on April 1 at 4:30.
