OPH Baseball at Casey

OPH+Baseball+at+Casey

Scoring wasn’t a real problem this time for the OPH baseball team as they travelled to Casey on Monday March 25th. Casey out scored the Wildcats 13-8, but the OPH crew scored more runs than they had in their first six games combined.

Lucas Blessing led the pack at the plate with a double, triple, three runs batted in, and scored a run, Riley Blank doubled, singled, and scored two runs, Bentley Cook posted a base hit, a run batted in, and scored a run. Cole Littlejohn singled, Aaron Johnson drove in two runs, Ace Coulter scored two runs, Rowan Bailey added a run batted in and Max Lewis scored a run.

Bentley Cook was the losing pitcher allowing 8 runs, walking one and striking bout four in four innings. Rowan Bailey helped out and pitched as well giving up five runs, walking three, and striking out two.

OPH will play Thursday at 4:00 in Hutsonville.
