If you are looking for a way to get a tan, without sun and no effort, a spray tan may be the best option for you. Getting a spray tan ensures an even and dark tan while not being orange or streaky. One negative thing about getting a spray tan is the smell,which goes away after showering a couple times. Another negative is when the spray tan starts to come off after 5-7 days it can become scaly looking and dry. This can cost $15-20. I would recommend Sunkissed Studio in Robinson. A spray tan is my favorite way of getting a tan without the sun.

When I don’t get a spray tan, I use Jergens self tanner. I would say that this self tanner is easy to use with a tanning mitt. This self tanner can have an orange tint if used too often or if the color is too dark on your skin. This self tanner also smells weird and can get on your clothes before washing off. This self tanner lasts days before coming off especially if your skin is moisturized.

Another popular self-tanner I have used is B-Tan. B-Tan has various different shades to choose from depending on how tan you are wanting to look. This is also a great option because it is an affordable price. However, B-Tan is one of the worst smelling self tanners I have used. This self tanner also can be very streaky if you are not very precise. If you are experienced enough and the smell doesn’t bother you, this could be a good option for you.

One of my all time favorite self tanners is tanologist. Tanologist is a little bit pricier than the other options, but the results make it worth it. This tanner has a soft blend that keeps it from looking streaky or orange. Not only are there different color options, but there are also different methods of application. You could get the basic foam or you could get the water. Either one is a great option that you will be sure to love!
