LTC Events

LTC+Events

There are some very important events and dates coming up at Lincoln Trail College that students need to know about.

Spring Registration

The first important thing that is going on at LTC is spring registration. Registration for the spring semester opened only two days ago. This is important for all juniors and seniors to know about. If you are wanting to take dual credit classes again in the spring, you can set up an appointment with their advisor. It is important to sign up for classes early, especially if there is a certain class that you may want to take. Classes at LTC tend to fill up pretty quickly especially classes like general psychology, and sociology. Do not forget to set up an appointment before it is too late, as taking more dual credit classes will help you in the future.

Senior Day

On Wednesday October 25, the senior class will be traveling to LTC to participate in Senior Day. The event starts at 8:30 and will run through 12:45. Seniors from all of the schools in the county will be at LTC to learn about all of the opportunities that LTC can provide. Some of the things that they will learn about are the clubs and organizations offered at the college. They can hear about financial aid, and about some of the resources that can help students work towards success. College students will be there to talk and answer questions that the seniors may have.

Future Statesman Day

On November 17, LTC will be holding a Future Statesman Day for freshmen and sophomores. While there are not many details about what the day will be like, there are a few sure things. Freshmen and sophomores will be able to tour campus, meet the advisors, and learn how they can get started with dual credit classes. Hopefully, more details will be released closer to the day of the event.
