OPH Girls Basketball Awards 2022-23

The OPH girls basketball season officially came to a end after the Tuesday night awards.
The girls had a successful season winning 11 games and also winning their conference.
The awards that were given were:
Marissa Neeley- Best Defensive Player
Genna Kidwell- Most Points: 349
Shara Coffman- Leadership Award
Maggie Bailey- Hustle Award
Genell Russell- Toughness Award
Gina Russell- Most Rebounds: 267
The ending of the season is always hard, but for the girls coming back next year the game will still be there. For Coach Blank this ending of the season is more bittersweet than ever, with it being his last year after 18 years of coaching girls high school basketball.
We want to congratulate the girls on a great season, and a special thank you to Coach Blank for his time spent in the gym.
