It has become more and more of a problem as time has gone on, and most of the country would agree. College tuition has become a thing that not only makes peoples lives harder, but hinders people from going to college.

I am fortunate enough to have my college tuition and books paid for, but not everyone is that fortunate. My friend, Gavin Postlewaite, is going to the University of Illinois next year. The tuition there is roughly 18,000 dollars per year for him to get an education.

College is a thing that should be free to everyone. It is the deciding factor for the future of our country and world. Someone who is qualified and capable of completing school at a prestigious school, is sometimes hindered just because they or their family does not make enough money to pay for it.

Yes, this is something that would severely negatively effect our economy, but it is only like that because we made it like that.
