Do you prefer eating at home, or eating out?

Everyone has had that day where they, or their parents, don’t want to cook. The common compromise is either fast food or going to a restaurant.

There are pros and cons to both sides, but everyone has a preference. Rider Lawhorn says he prefers eating at home more because “I don’t have to go outside of my house to spend money, and I can lay down and watch a movie while I eat my grub if I want.”

That is a valid point, but Gavin Postlewaite has the opposite view. Gavin says he likes going out to eat more because “I don’t have to cook, and it will most likely be better than what I would’ve had.”

Going to eat out is a good short term idea, but it just isn’t feasible for a middle class family to do it every day for every meal.  The opposite is true for home cooking, but it might change given the rising price of groceries and food.
