In our lives, I am sure that we all have heard the saying, “High school is the best 4 years of your life.” I am currently a senior, and I think this saying is somewhat true. I have had an amazing four years of school, from getting closer to my friends, to going out to fun school events. Does that mean that the rest of your life will be sad and depressing, since the 4 years of high school were supposed to be the best years that you get? Of course not! As you get out of high school, there is so much more to look forward to. You can finally start to pursue whatever dream job you may want, you will get to meet new people, buy a house, and plenty more. Life is all about having a balance. You should obviously spend a lot of your time working and making money, but traveling and going out are also important. Overall, I think High School is a great time, the work isn’t too bad, there typically aren’t a bunch of responsibilities that you have to do since you’re still a kid, and most importantly, you will never get this time back!
