Christmas Decorations

Here we see the Christmas tree in the main hall that Krescene Holscher put up and it looks amazing!

The Christmas season is right around the corner, and you know what that means? It is time to decorate!

I personally love Christmas, not only because I get a bunch of presents, but because it is such a happy time in life. It gives off good, positive vibes for everyone.

Now the big question that everybody has a different opinion on is when you should put up the Christmas tree and all the cool lights. My family usually puts up our tree during Thanksgiving time, whether it be a couple days after or before.

I asked Mr. Will (the principal) when he puts up his tree and he said, “I usually put the tree up on Thanksgiving day or I’ll wait a day or two.”

I then asked a classmate (Makinley Bonesteel) when her family puts their tree up, and she said, “We always put it up after Thanksgiving.”

I also got the same answers from other people about putting up lights outside of their homes. Everyone has a different opinion on when the ideal time is to decorate, but in the end, none of that matters. As long as you are satisfied with your decorations and you get together with your family for the holiday, then that is what counts. We should all be thankful for what we have and remember to leave some cookies out for Santa!
