Cornhole Evolution is a business that I started last year in CEO. I was one of the thirteen businesses in the class and was one of three to go to the CEO National Trade Show. I also have been to the Crawford County CEO trade show and Flying S Spring Sale trade show. I would recommend anyone to do CEO because it is such a good program for students that are wanting to learn more about business related things.

In my business, we make custom cornhole boards and sew every bag. Each board has 3 coats of polyurethane, protecting it from the rain. All the boards have a wrap on them, giving them their unique look. We can get about 300 different wraps and we also can do any custom decals. All the bags match the wraps on the boards or the customer can tells us what they want on them. It takes about one week to finish a complete set. We also make scoreboards for people that want a new way of keeping score. One of the big things that we are working on is making a refillable cornhole bag. We do not ship currently due to the weight of the boards and bags, but we hope that soon that we can start shipping. We have some of the best sets of cornhole boards around and ours cost less than almost anyone’s for the same or even better quality. Cooper Meadows said, β€œI think that they look really good, and I would recommend buying a set.”

I came up with the idea of doing cornhole boards when I made my first one in 8th grade and enjoyed it so much. I do plan on making cornhole boards during the summer but I will not be able to make any more after August due to college. I enjoy working with all of my customers to make their perfect set of boards. It takes a lot of hard work to make a set of these but it is still fun to do so. β€œHe works hard to get these done and the set that he made me looks very good.” said Cameron Kidwell. I have learned so much from CEO and this business that can help me when I go to college. I plan on going to Eastern Illinois University for business management to continue learning more about the business world and become a big business owner someday.
