On Thursday March 21, our Hut-Pal Tigers played the Marshall Lions in their third game of the season. In the first inning, the Tigers did not score any, but the Lions scored 3 runs off a home run. Jess Newlin was the first to score for the Tigers in the second inning, and Brennen Burkett hit his first home run of the season. The Tigers were able to score two more runs, but fell short in the end. The final score was 16-4, with the Tigers losing by ten run rule in the sixth inning. The Tigers have two upcoming games next week, and are looking to get their first win.
