On Saturday, March 16 the Lady Tigers traveled to Effingham to play against St. Anthony. The Lady Tigers played a good defense in the first inning. Also in the first inning, Katelyn Wilber hit a single home run! The girls had a rough second inning, but they were able to get out of it and play better defense the rest of the game. The Lady Tigers lost 21-1, but they are keeping their heads held high, as it was their first game. The girls are very excited to see where this season will bring them and we wish them the best of luck! They play Red Hill at home Tuesday, March 19.
