Junior Spotlight: August Biernbaum
March 1, 2019
This week’s Junior Spotlight is August Biernbaum. He is involved in many different school activities such as FCA, Drama Club, Student Senate, and Scholastic Bowl. He says he can’t really pick a favorite teacher, “they are all pretty good.” His favorite times in high school have been lunch times (obviously) and anything after hours, like anything from Drama Club (Haunted Halls or production) or stuff with Student Senate.
August’s favorite memory for high school would probably be will be Homecoming Week, as everyone is amped up about it and the school is truly alive, or when Mrs. Inboden took his class outside in his sixth hour class last year, and when he and Caleb Fisher almost broke Wyatt Kennedy’s moped. He likes to build computers, go outside, go kayaking, or do anything to do with technology. August plans to go to college to get a degree in either computer sciences or computer engineering, and he will pair that with a degree in business.
