On Friday the Hutsonville-Palestine Tiger basketball team played their last home game of the season, against Cumberland. The Tigers were unable to pull off a victory with a score of 53-57 at the fourth quarter buzzer. Before the game started, we said goodbye and good luck to eight senior basketball players, as well as seven senior cheerleaders as they played and cheered at their last game. It was a bittersweet night as they played a tough Cumberland team, but they left it all out on the floor, and that is all we could have asked for. We want to wish those seniors the best of luck in the future and those who will participate next year a good luck during next year’s Tiger Basketball.
