On Saturday October 11, the Indiana Hoosiers took on the Oregon Ducks. This was a very big game for both teams. Both teams were coming into the game with an undefeated season, which would fall.
The Hoosiers came out strong getting the first points on the board by kicking a field goal. The Ducks responded back with big touchdown. The Hoosiers didn’t give up by answering right back with their own touch down. As it got towards the end of the game, the Hoosiers had 10 point lead, with the ball in their hands. Fernando Mendoza through an interception where the Ducks got a pick 6 out of it. The Hoosiers now received the ball back they push through and ended up getting another touchdown putting them back up 10. The Ducks were not strong enough to come back.
The Hoosiers won 30-20 with that win putting them 6-0 on their seasons and is now the 3rd ranked team in the nation.
