Ghost of Yotei Review: A Really Great Samurai Game That’s Fun and Beautiful
I’ve been playing Ghost of Yotei for a while, and I think it’s a really great game. The world looks amazing, the snow, trees, and mountains all look so real and pretty. Sometimes I stop just to look around because it’s that beautiful.
The fighting is really fun. You don’t just press buttons fast. You have to think about what weapon to use and when to dodge or block attacks. This makes the fights exciting and makes you feel proud when you do well. Atsu, the main character, has a good story and feels like a real person. You can tell she cares about what she’s doing, and that makes the game better.
The game lets you explore freely, which is cool. You can choose what to do and where to go, and the missions are interesting and not too easy. The controls work well, and there are different weapons to try, like swords and a chain sickle thing, which makes fighting more fun.
One small problem is that sometimes the game runs at 30 frames per second, which means it can feel a little slow on the PS5. But it doesn’t mess up the game much.
Overall, Ghost of Yotei is a really fun samurai game with beautiful graphics, good fighting, and a story that makes you want to keep playing. I’m really happy with it so far.
