Hello and welcome, you wonderful person, to my EPIC top ten list of celestial bodies. This list is completely opinion based but real research has been put in to help me decide. If you disagree with any of these rankings please let me know below and also feel free to post your own rankings. Without further ado lets get into these spectacular spheres that are sure to knock your socks off!
At number ten we have the underdog that you most definitely remember Pluto! Pluto which was once a planet, but is now a dwarf planet has just barely made it into our top ten.
Now for number nine, we have Poltergeist, this exoplanet is super cool because it was the very first to be discovered.
Oh, whats this? Our number eight Saturn has just arrived! Saturn is most well known for its beautiful rings that make it very distinct.
Moving onto number seven, we come to the marvelous red planet Mars. This planet could potentially be our future home if we pay our cards right.
Europa has come barreling around its orbit into spot number six. We may soon discover if this planet holds any life, like we believe.
Number five, or Ton 618, is a special case as it is a black hole that is extraordinarily huge.
Our fantastic number four is Stephenson 2-18 which is the biggest known star in the universe.
The bronze medal goes to the Moon. The Moon definitely deserves this high of a ranking as without it our tides wouldn’t exist.
Some say that second is the best, but not on this ranking. The Sun takes this spot because of the warmth and light it brings to our small little world.
The coveted number one spot goes to our own pale blue dot. Maybe I’m biased but my favorite celestial body is definitely the Earth.
Alright this marks the end of my ULTIMATE top ten list. Now I’d like to thank you for reading. And as always I’ll see you in the next article, Bye Bye!
