Lily Holcomb is a Palestine High school student, She recently transferred from Hutsonville High school.
Her favorite high school experience was moving to Palestine and fitting in so well.
Her least favorite high school memory is having to go through the rest of high school without all her friends from Hutsonville.
Lily’s biggest lesson that she learned is “They will say something about anything you do, so do it anyways”.
Lily’s plan was to become a surgeon, but after taking high school and college classes, she has decided instead of planning for her future, she is going to begin focusing on the present.
Lily hopes to see herself in 10 years just finishing college with her doctorate degree, and is ready to find where she belongs in the hospital.
She also had a few words to say to our upcoming freshman next year as well. “Have fun, soak in every moment, do what is best for you, and no one else”.

Graydon Kincaid is a senior at Palestine High school.
His favorite high school experience would have to be playing basketball with his teammates the past 4 years.
His least favorite high school experience would be any math classes he had to take.
The biggest lesson Graydon has learned is to “have friends along the way, it makes the experience more fun”.
Graydon’s goals have stayed the same, but he admits that his views on them have changed quite a bit; he is now considering doing other things than what he originally thought he might do.
Graydon hopes to see himself in 10 years owning his own house, being successful in whatever career he chooses to pursue.
Graydon also had a few words to say to our upcoming freshman next year as well, and that is to”cherish every moment, because it goes by quicker than you think”.
