Preston was a senior at Palestine High School.
His favorite high school experience is graduating early.
His least favorite high school experience was taking English classes.
Preston’s biggest lesson he has learned throughout high school is: “Never let others get to you and keep on working hard.”
Preston’s goals have changed. He went from wanting to aim for an IT degree to now going for a business management degree.
In 10 years Preston hopes to be graduated from college and in an administrative position for a successful company.
Preston had some words for our upcoming students for next year: “Learn self discipline.”

Shawn Divine is a senior at Palestine High School.
His favorite high school experience is getting into a welding class for the first time.
His least favorite high school experience was his junior year of high school with the bad job he had, plus the stress of his classes.
Shawn’s biggest lesson he learned this year is: “Don’t be scared to try something new.”
Shawn’s goals have changed quite a bit; he went from wanting to just get by in life, to now wanting to pursue a career in welding.
Shawn is hoping that in 10 years he is working and hopefully raising a family.
Shawn had something to say to our upcoming students next year as well! He said ” Don’t settle for the bottom line.”
