The OPH boys played their first senior night at Oblong against Paris on Saturday the 15th.

The JV boys kept it a close game for a while until Paris started running away with the game. In the 4th quarter sophomore Andrew Amburgy and freshman Brock Noblitt made some pretty big shots to bring the team back into the game.  Then Andrew and Brock hit a couple free throws to secure the win.

At the end of the JV game, the OPH seniors were announced. The seniors on the basketball team are Trevan Webster, Rowan Bailey, Holden Sipes, Graydon Kincaid, Callum Roeder, Devin Lawyer, Bentley Cook, Felipe Kanthack, and Javii Espanosa.

During the Varsity game, the Varsity boys kept the lead the whole game until late in the 3rd quarter. Paris fought back and ended up getting the lead almost upsetting OPH boys Senior night. Callum Roeder hit a 3 to tie the game at 43-43. Both teams scored 2 more points making the score 45-45. OPH was passing the ball in with a shot to win the game. Holden Sipes took the corner 3 with the chance to win the game, but ultimately the shot came up short. Graydon Kincaid got fouled with 0.3 seconds left leaving him with 2 free throws. He missed the first which had everyone worried, but he ended up making the second free throw, saving senior night.
