Riley Blank is a Junior from Palestine and plays on the OPH basketball team. He has started varsity since his freshman year. He has been a key role on the OPH basketball team ever since he stepped foot on the court. This season, Riley was within a hundred points of his 1,000th point. Friday, January 1st, Riley Blank scored his 1,000th high school career point. It was at Dieterich High School. Coming into the game, he only needed 18 points. In the fourth quarter the crowd went crazy when he scored his 1,000th point. Many of his family, friends, and supporters showed up to congratulate him after the game. Riley will continue to make a difference on the OPH basketball team the rest of the season and for his senior year.
