The OPH Boys traveled to Altamont on Tuesday, January 21st. The JV game started off poorly, and they had no energy. On top of this the refs were not very good and seemed to be in favor of Altamont. The OPH Boys started scoring gradually, but still gave up too many wide open shots to have a chance at coming back. They ended up falling short of a win in this game.

In Varsity the boys started off well scoring a few times in a row going down court. They also got a few stops, but they did trade a few buckets back and forth. This resulted in a close first and second quarter heading into halftime. They went into halftime up 26-24, feeling solid overall. Going into the third quarter there were a few times where they miscommunicated and didn’t execute a few plays right. They did play hard, but also gave up a few wide open threes. This led to them losing 56-46 in this game.
