Do you like to help others? You can be one of Santa’s helpers by giving gifts to Palestine kids who need them, and make their Christmas a little brighter. Our giving tree is located downstairs next to the main office decorated with ornaments that feature kids from pre-k to 8th grade.  If you’re willing to help, simply take an ornament, buy a gift for that child, wrap it, and then return the gift with the ornament attached and place it under the tree by Friday, December 13.

This is our 4th year with doing the giving tree; it was started by Palestine High school’s very own Pay it Forward program. Thanks to this program, many kids and parents have been blessed with the feeling of humanity and joy.

If you feel generous this year and want to give back to the youth of our community, give a little and get a little in your heart.

On a more personal note this makes my heart very happy to know that students in our school are generous and kindhearted.

All donations are due December 13th, and most of our ornaments are gone, so thank you to everyone who has already given gifts!
