When given the chance to sit down with a student at PHS freshman, I sat down with my sister Kathryn Lanham.  She is the youngest of 5 in the family and so some people expect a lot from her.

When asked how her year was going so far she said, “Meh.”  She says that the only hard class she has is Algebra 1.

Some activities that she participates in are Scholastic Bowl, Drama Club, Band, FCA, 4-H, and Pay it Forward. She also just recently was named 2nd Place with her VOD essay.  What an accomplishment!   During the year she hopes that everything she is in goes well.   In the future she says she wants to be a lawyer for children.
