Is love blind? This is the whole question for this entire show. Most times when dating in real life, boys and girls choose their significant other based on looks. Well the whole point of this show is that you have to date in what they call “pods”. This kind of dating is called “pod dating.”
You enter into pods where you can hear the other person, and you build a connection with them just by getting to know them and who they are as a person. You do not get to see this person until they propose to you, and then you can see them for the first time. This is all an experiment for everyone, and you have 4 weeks after your engagement until you officially get married. In those weeks, couples go on a vacation for a few days, and then they come back home and move in together. They meet each other’s families, and they visit each other’s previous homes. Will couples prove that love is really blind? Or will they prove that it really isn’t?
Season 6 is the newly released season that came out on Netflix on February 14th, and this season is a good one. In my opinion it’s the most interesting one that I have watched, having already watched the other 5. There is a lot more drama going down this season that really makes you want to watch more of it to see what happens. Every Wednesday they release more episodes, and this Wednesday they are having their season finale, which is where it gets closer to the wedding. Based on how the couples are together, will they really say “I do” at the altar? We will have to wait and see what happens.
Next week is the last episode of season 6, if I were you I would start watching it and catch up!
