Have you heard of The Bachelor? If you’ve heard of it but never watched it you are missing out on some high quality romance and drama. The Bachelor is a single man looking for love who is given a list of single females in which he chooses a fiance at the end of nine weeks together.

The Bachelor takes place in California where the bachelor meets 25-30 contestants, but they travel to different countries almost every week.

This season Joey is the bachelor and it is the 7th week. He now has 4 girls left in which he will be meeting their families on the eighth week. Joey will then send home two more girls until he has two girls left to choose from where he will go on to fantasy suites where the couples have the chance to stay the night together.

Joey has chosen these 4 women by going on weekly groups dates with most of the girls, and one-on-one dates with the girls of his choosing.

At the end of which week and each episode, a rose ceremony takes place where Joey chooses the girls he wants to keep for another week. All the girls line up and he calls the names of the women he wants to keep and offers them a rose meaning they get to stay.

This seems like an unethical way of finding a wife but for a lot of couples this process has actually worked out for Bachelor couples in the past.

The Bachelorette is the same type of process but a single woman chooses a husband out of 25-30 single men.
