If you are looking to be more physically healthy, you should check out the Crawford County Rec Center. The CCRC opened at the beginning of this year and is located by Lincoln Trail College.
The CCRC makes it easy to join fitness classes and get in the routine of working out and becoming physically healthier.
The Crawford County Rec Center offers a weightlifting gym, a cardio area, swimming pool a walking track, basketball courts, and pickle ball courts. They also offer instructed weekly classes like strength training, zumba, yoga, aqua aerobics, and more.
With a monthly membership a lot of these classes are open to you. For $20 more each month, all of these classes can be available to you. Every day of the week has different classes at different times.
