A freshman at PHS, Carter Nelson, is involved in some extracurricular activities. He is in Drama Club and Yearbook Club.

Carter is in the Drama Club play this winter called The History of Dating. He plays the role of a few characters, but his favorite is the host of the dating show. He explains what speed dating is and hosts the show.

Carter is excited about driver’s ed because he wants to learn how to drive. Despite being a little nervous about the thought of driving he is excited to be able to.

His favorite movie is Scream, the first one to be specific. He likes scary movies and Scream is just a good movie. The excitement and adrenaline that comes from watching these movies are really what gets his attention.

Carter was sure that high school was going to be a challenge, but despite his doubts, it is going a lot better than he expected. He was excited to go to high school and meet new people. He was pleasantly surprised to see how nice everyone was. Carter is excited for the rest of his freshman year and the rest of his high school career.
