As the end of the first semester approaches, there is one thing that the majority of the students dread dealing with. That is the finals. Finals are the end of the semester tests that have questions over what we all have learned since the beginning of the year, and they’re way longer than your regular test. Studying for them is probably the worst part because you’re not studying for just a little amount, it’s a lot that you have to memorize for the test.
Thankfully Mr Will, decided to have come up with a reward system for us to have a chance to not take them this school year. As long as you have a B or higher in your classes, less than 6 absences, less than 5 tardies, and a few behavior concerns, then you might be eligible to not take finals. This seems to make it to where kids push themselves to do better in school so they don’t have to worry or have the stress of taking finals. If you haven’t had the greatest record of doing all of the things that are required to not take them, then you still have the next semester to restart and do better!
As a student who does not enjoy taking finals, I encourage you myself to try and meet the criteria to be able to not take them. Time is flying by and the end of the semester will be here before you know it, keep up with the good work and continue to try your best!
