With the start of November coming within the next week, that means Black Friday shopping is right around the corner! Who else is excited about the great deals and fun shopping? I sure am!

The term “Black Friday” originated in the 50s for police to describe the large crowd of shoppers and their chaos the day after Thanksgiving. It started on the day after Thanksgiving because people were so eager to start their holiday shopping. The stores decided to help the customers out and to bring in some new ones by providing discounts to their items. Since then, online stores have also started to discount their items on this day and or weekend. This day of the year has had the most sales of any day of the year for decades, and will continue to do so in the future.

Almost every store will have some sort of deal between November 24th through November 27th for Black Friday or Cyber Monday. Some of the best or most popular stores to get the greatest deals are Amazon, Best Buy, Target, Walmart, Kohl’s, Macy’s, and many more.

But you don’t have to wait until Black Friday weekend to start shopping, some stores have already started on the deals! Academy, Adidas, Amazon, Bed Bath & Beyond, Best Buy, Big Lots, Dicks Sporting Goods, Walmart, Target, Sephora, Kohl’s, and so many additional stores are all currently discounting items early.
