Palestine is holding a Fright night on Friday, October 27th. This will be located on Woodward’s Corner. This is on HWY 33 on the corner of Franklin and Jackson.
This event will host two FREE movies and a haunted house. The movies will be Paranorman @7:00pm and Hubie Halloween @9:00pm. Both movies are kid friendly! The Haunted House is hosted by Josh Cafin.
Paranorman is about a boy who takes on ghosts, zombies, and grown-ups to save his town from a centuries-old curse. This movie stars are Kodi Smit-McPhee, Anna Kendrick, and Christopher Mintz-Plasse. This movie is rated PG!
Hubie Halloween is a comedy for both adults and kids! Something is going to bump into his night and Hubie will have to save Halloween. The movie stars are Adam Sandler, Kevin James, and Julie Bowen. This movie is rated PG-13!
You can bring your Golf Cart, Side by Side, Lawn Chair, or Blanket! All these options would be great for this fun night!
There will be the Macklin Meadow Kettle Corn for purchase. This is the same kettle corn that appears for Labor Day weekend, and it’s the best! There will also be hot chocolate and apple cider available to purchase!
This is the first time this event has been held and it is a very courteous gesture. I am sure it will have a great turn out and hopefully there will be a donation box! So on October 27th make sure you have a clear schedule and go check this out!
