Being new to high school is always nerve wracking but once you get the hang of it, it’s really a great experience. While making friends, going to school events, and doing cool activities, school can in fact be fun.
Carter Nelson is a new freshman this year. “I was nervous the first day not gonna lie.” But he seemed to get the hang of it. He already has a favorite class! Biology is his favorite, because in his opinion, Mr. smith is a good teacher. I agree.
One of his friends, Hannah Nethery, is a sophomore. She likes to spend her free time out of school painting. It’s one of her favorite hobbies. She wasn’t too happy about school starting back up, “I’m ready to get outta here, I wish it was summer break already.” But hey, we’ve all been there. Anyway I hope the freshmen have a good year!
