Kiara Fralicker is a senior at PHS. Monday, the first official day of school, she was caught styling her white sneakers. Kiara has about thirty pairs of shoes, but her pink Jordans are her favorites. When asked if she thought she had a good shoe game she said, “not to toot my own horn…” and confidently agreed.
